Cologne to Get LNG Shore-to-Ship Bunkering Station(marine crane manufacturer;offshore crane manufacturer)

PitPoint.LNG has been granted the official permit for the construction of a shore-to-ship bunkering station for liquefied natural gas (LNG) in the Port of Cologne.

The company, a joint venture between PitPoint clean fuels and Primagaz Nederland BV, said that civil engineering work is now scheduled to begin for the LNG bunkering station.

The station will facilitate the bunkering of inland waterways vessels that sail on the Rhine. It is set to be operational by the second quarter of 2019.

The permit, required under the Bundes-Immissionsschutzgesetz (German Emission Control Act) to guarantee the safety of LNG as a fuel for shipping, was formally granted by the District Government of Cologne earlier this week.

Construction of the LNG bunkering station in Cologne is part of PitPoint.LNG’s strategic aim to develop a European LNG infrastructure for transport by road and water.(marine crane manufacturer;offshore crane manufacturer)

4. The use of two sets of variable proportional control hydraulic system not only improves the safety of the entire hydraulic system, but also reduces the energy consumption and safety hazards of the equipment, ensuring the reliable operation of the entire equipment.

5. From the application of climbing wind power to crane maintenance, it will greatly shorten the maintenance time, reduce the maintenance cost, and subvert the traditional wind power maintenance mode, which will have a huge positive impact on the vigorous development of the global wind power industry.
